Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the fashion item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip for faster processing.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
